Order Processing  

First Class Shipping:  Orders will ship out within 3-5 business days via First Class.

USPS Priority + Rush: Orders will ship within 2 business days via USPS Priority.  This is not a "guarantee by date" delivery service.  We can only guarantee the processing part of your order.  Once your order is in the hands of the USPS, we have no control over delays that occur within the USPS.  If you need to have your order "guaranteed" by a certain date, please contact us for other upgraded mailing services (overnight, UPS, FedEx, etc).

 

Exchange/ Return Policy  

Exchanges: If you need to exchange your order for a different size, just send us a message, and we will give you the shipping address to send back the item(s) needing exchange, along with any other exchange instructions.  We will ship your replacement back at no charge, but you will have to cover the expense of shipping the original for replacement.

Unfortunately, orders with personalization cannot be exchanged. Please make sure you ask as many questions as you need (regarding sizing, washing instructions, shipping times, etc) BEFORE placing your order.

Returns: If you want to return your order for a refund, just send us a message and we will give you the shipping address to send back the item(s) needing to be returned.  We do not accept returns on merchandise that is seasonal (Holiday category) or personalized.  Refunds are issued as soon as we receive the merchandise (unworn and unwashed!).  Return will be accepted within 30 days of original order date.
